You will find Linda, as our Sherman and Denison Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Community Volunteer and the one that picks up the phone when an investor or tenant calls.
She handles investor relationships and coordinates maintenance. Linda’s high level of customer service results in high tenant retention.
Linda ‘s prior experience has been in the multi housing industry with McKinley Properties in Oklahoma and Georgia. At Berkshire and Tarragon, Linda was the Marketing Director and Contract Leasing Specialist.
Linda consistently won National Leasing Consultant, based on her high occupancy rates.
Linda holds an Associate’s Degree in Business/Accounting from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia.
Linda believes all tenants should be treated and respected, as home owners. “If you treat residents with respect, answer their calls, handle repair requests quickly, rent collection and retention follows.
