Tommi Sue is the fifth and youngest daughter of an entrepreneurial family, from Buffalo, Wyoming.
Tommi Sue is a graduate of the University of Wyoming, and holds a Master’s Degree, in Business and Human Relations.
The purchase of a Lakehouse in 2010, was the best decision Tracy and Tommi Sue made, as they soon realized, the good life is in Texomaland. Two years later, Tracy moved the brokerage, from Plano, to the area. Tommi Sue left her successful commercial banking career and joined him, as an Agent/Owner. Tommi quickly became a multi-million dollar producer in commercial and residential real estate
Tommi Sue is actively engaged in the community serving on: the Denison Economic Redevelopment Committee, Sherman Main Street & Tourism Board, the Executive Board of the Texoma Family Shelter, and on Texas A&M’s Agri-Life Family and Health Committee. Tommi Sue has created fund raising events for DAWG, Denison Animal Welfare Group, and for the Texoma Family Shelter.
In 2019, when a fire destroyed 3 historical buildings on Denison’s Main Street, Tommi Sue coordinated a volunteer effort to collect needed items for the loft residents, who lost everything in the fire. Tracy Realty’s office became the Collection Center. In 2020, Tracy Realty was honored to receive the Denison Downtowner Award, based on the company’s volunteerism, contributions and bringing small businesses to downtown Denison.Dedicated, community minded, and committed to providing a rewarding experience for all clients, Tommi Sue is proud to be a Texas Real Estate Broker
